WELCOME TO THE ROYAL OAK HOTEL, GREAT AYTON

 

We are a traditional country pub nestled in the delightful village of Great Ayton, on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors. Originally a coaching inn, the pub dates back to the 17th century and oozes charm and character, with its original beams and cosy log fires.

Your hosts, Simon and Katie Fletcher, and chef Paul Steele, will offer you a hearty Yorkshire welcome, so sit back and enjoy delicious home-cooked food in a warm and relaxed environment, where families and pets are all welcome. And if our superb range of gins, wines, and cask ales are too tempting, you can even stay the night in one of our cosy hotel rooms!
