We currently have 42 members of staff at The Royal Oak, and we’re very happy to say that they’re all fantastic! But every month we reward one member of staff for going that bit further….so April’s ‘Employee of the Month’ is John! You may not see him much because he works in the kitchen, but John is one of our very much valued chefs and works very hard each week to deliver a very high standard of food to you. Just so you get to know him a little better we asked him some questions…
How long have you worked at The Royal Oak? Nearly 2 years.
What is your favourite dish to cook? Steaks. And also desserts, especially our cheesecakes.
What is the best thing about working at The Royal Oak? The staff …we have a good laugh together at work.
